BOOTH RENTAL PRICING
FULL PAYMENTS BEFORE MARCH 31
SINGLE SHOW - $60. per booth.
ALL FOUR SHOWS - $200. per booth.
FULL PAYMENTS AFTER MARCH 31
SINGLE SHOW - $70. per booth.
ALL FOUR SHOWS - $240. per booth.
Booth Rent is due no later than 2 weeks prior to show. DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT until your application has been approved. You will receive a contract to sign and
submit with payment.
A $20. cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation later than two weeks before show date.
BOOTH INFORMATION AND RULES
- Booth size is 20X16 (limit of 2 dealers per booth).
- All booth spaces are outside, rain or shine.
- You may set up your own canopy. Tents not allowed.
- Set up on Friday before show date from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m.
- Overnight security (Saugatuck-Douglas off duty police) have been contracted.
- You MUST be set up no later than 7:30 a.m. morning of show, or we may resell your booth with no refund to you.
- Merchandise MUST be antique or collectable.
- No tear down/packing up before 4 p.m.
- At the end of the show you MUST remove all items and trash from premise.
